My name is Karen, Dr. Vetrano’s Dental Hygienist. I joined this fine practice in January of 2006, and am proud to be part of a dental team dedicated to excellence. I graduated from The Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene and in 2006, I received an award sponsored by the Sunstar Butler toothbrush company for “Outstanding achievement in preventative Dental Hygiene”.

I have been working in the dental field for over 16 years now and I can truthfully say that I have found a place similar to home. Our office is warm, comfortingly cozy, unique and definitely one of a kind. We value continuing education which keeps us up-to-date and improves our skills in order to maintain and provide quality patient care.

Away from work, I spend most of my time with my family. I have been married for 15 years and I have two children, a daughter age 13 and a son age 9. I love swimming and snorkeling, and enjoy taking long walks. During my quiet time, I draw and paint which is very relaxing. Most of all, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and traveling together.
