Dear Dr. Vetrano and Team,

    I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you've done for my dental health and especially my looks during the last several months. I've been "ashamed" of my smile for many years and, consequently, didn't often smile broadly. But you've given me a beautiful new set of teeth, so that now I can smile again with confidence. Of course, I still have to relearn to do that, but it's fun and won't take long, I'm sure.
    Thank you all so much for your thoughtful care and concern during these months. I never felt that I faced the "ordeal" alone, but was always conscious of your support and help. I'm very grateful for all you've done for me. And I shall miss seeing you on a regular basis!
